Lawfulness of processing The legal basis of the processing depends on the purposes specified above. As regards the management of reservations, the processing takes place on the basis of the execution of a contract and / or a legal obligation of the Data Controller while for the other purposes indicated on the basis of your free and informed consent or the exercise of a legitimate interest of the Holder. We inform you that it is always possible to ask the Data Controller to clarify the legal basis of the processing. If the processing is based on consent, any refusal could fully or partially compromise the achievement of the purposes described above. For organizational and / or managerial reasons of the Data Controller's activity, personal data may be transmitted to third parties (credit institutions, consultants, service companies, etc.) contractually linked to the Data Controller based both in Italy and in other EEA countries. . In case of withdrawal of consent, this will not affect the lawfulness of the treatments carried out previously. We also inform you that the data relating to minors (under 16 years) acquired following their stay in our home are immediately deleted after compliance with the law.
